The night before the first day of kinder and 6th grade..

I have to say that the night before the first day of school for Emma and Cash was very emotional for me.  I was crying at every turn!  That said we still tried to make it exciting for them both.

For some reason it was just as important to E as it was to me for us to capture some special moments that evening.  

Right after the tears were flowing I snapped this sweet picture of our sweet boy!  Our 6th grader!

Mrs. Socha gave all of her kinder kids a bag to open the night before school.  We got ready for bed, picked out her outfit for the first day and then opened her surprise "night before school" bag.  The bag had such a sweet message, that I had to have Ben read, and then we took all the confetti and placed it under her pillow.  When she got in bed she said she really didn't know what the magic confetti would do while she slept.  She is very literal.

Emma is very into us smelling her feet for some reason...and now apparently wanting to smell her own.
