Easter 2018

Easter started for us at the club for Easter brunch and an Easter egg hunt!  My mom joined us and my dad stayed home as he wasn't feeling well.  It was such a beautiful day!  We ate and then headed out for the egg hunt.  First we took pics with the Easter Bunny!  Emma was so excited!!  Cash of course went a long as if he still believes for his sisters sake!  He loves to see her believe although could do without the Easter Bunny pics!

The night before we put out apple juice and carrots for the Easter Bunny as you know that is his/her meal of choice!  After the kids went to bed the Easter Bunny showed up and left some pretty great baskets for the kids!

The next morning the kids got up at 6am!!!!!  Cash doesn't believe anymore but he still gets excited!  He woke E up and they headed for the living room to find some eaten carrots, almost an empty glass of apple juice and their Easter baskets!

A different post but Cash got a cell phone for Easter.  I think I tried taking video instead of pictures...none the less he was SUPER excited and surprised!

The next morning we headed to church which was held at the Square in Boerne.  There were so many people!  It was a great service!  There were some kids baptized at the end and though I don't think a child can decide, in most cases, what that really means for them it was a beautiful thing to witness.  I did see a few older kids that were very moved by their experience!  It got me thinking.....

Andy joined us and the Leavelle's were there so we headed for lunch after.  It was a great day!
