Cash - 3rd grade begins

Tonight is Cash's meet the teacher night for 3rd grade at Vineyard Ranch.  His teacher is Mrs. Sofia Walker.  For the last couple of weeks as we have been discussing going back to school I have heard...

"I just want to start and get it over with."
"I want to get through 3rd grade and go to 5th grade and then 6th grade."
"I would like school if it was just lunch and recess."

And finally

"I am ready to go to school and see my friends."

Hoping this is not a prerequisite of what the year holds but what I do know is Cash is super smart, friendly, happy, and overall he enjoys school.  So I can only hope that this year brings him nothing but great memories!

Saturday we had dinner with my parents at Kona Grill and attempted to grab Cash another pair of tennis shoes.  To say the least that didn't work out.  Finish Line at La Cantera was an absolute mad house.  Clearly those waiting until the last minute to do any school shopping!  The didn't have his size in about 4 pair of shoes we asked about so at that point we headed to Bass Pro to purchase Cash's first rifle.  He is going deer hunting this season with his dad and his Papa.  More on that later!

 
The 1st Day of 3rd Grade!

The morning of I of course had to take some pics/selfies!  I posted on FB that I don't know where the time has gone but I know its gone by so fast and here we are in 3rd GRADE!  Unreal!  Our boy is growing up so fast.

In the afternoon we waited for him to get off the bus.....and Mindy waited with us too.  We were headed for a walk after he got home.

Summer 2015

It was my first summer as a stay at home mom and I have to say it was a great summer!!  We had fun...lots of laughs...lots of memories.  I am sort of seeing that as a consistent theme since I have been at home....memories!  Just wanted to capture some fun pics taken this summer.
