I haven't blogged in so long and have so many "drafts" that I need to complete but I was thinking last night while rocking Emma that I needed to document HER right now. She is just talking so clearly...complete sentences....BIG words....and above all is SO funny! Her adorable personality has us constantly laughing. If I don't write down some of her sayings at 2.5 I will forget them and I know I am going to want to go back as she grows in to a young lady and read about her as a toddler...when we wish time could stand still.
Emma is still shy when first meeting someone but easily warms up. I consider her to be a great judge of character right now. Let's hope that continues as she grows into a young lady and then a young woman. There are moments when we can see her as a young lady from her mannerisms now. Emma is very smart, so beautiful she takes our breath away, and so sweet!!
Emma says:

4. She finally said The Chipmunks instead of The Chickens - although she goes back and forth
5. For the longest time Emma called the Chipmunk Theodore "Bert" and just the other day she said Theodore.

Me- "ok great! Pull the pillow back and pull the sheet up."
E- (after pulling the sheet up) "This pillow is too heavy!" (Drops it on the floor)
Me-"you're done?"
E-"yes, I am just supposed to be a princess."
Me-"🙄"
